1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bt111" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the bt111 online betting and casino platform, operated as an internationally based service accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bt111 platform for any purpose, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and card games.
• "Account" means a registered bt111 player account created through the official registration process at bt111.io.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a player's bt111 account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent cash value, or matched deposit amounts awarded by bt111 under a specific promotional offer, subject to the bonus terms applicable to that offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bt111 transactions for players in Bangladesh are denominated, displayed using the ৳ symbol.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, promotional, and account management features made available on the bt111 platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 9 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bt111. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the bt111 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2.2  These Terms should be read together with the bt111 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.3  If you are accessing the bt111 platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by proceeding you agree to these Terms on that person's behalf.

2.4  bt111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the bt111 platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1  To register for and use the bt111 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bt111 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to hold an account or engage in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a business, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online betting or casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bt111 platform or had your account permanently closed by bt111 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3.2  bt111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time period will result in suspension of your account pending verification.

3.3  If bt111 determines at any time that you do not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in clause 3.1, bt111 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account. In the event of age-related ineligibility, any balance in the account — including winnings derived from wagers placed while underage — may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of bt111 Services, you must complete the registration process via the bt111 Login page. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one bt111 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bt111 reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and to withhold any balances pending investigation where multiple accounts are detected.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt111 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bt111 immediately at [email protected]. bt111 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bt111 account at any time by contacting support. bt111 will process account closure requests within a reasonable time period. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements having been satisfied.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bt111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. The availability of specific methods may change and bt111 will notify players of any material changes via the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bt111 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any processing fees charged by the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 24 hours for bank transfer withdrawals. bt111 does not guarantee specific processing times and processing may be delayed by circumstances outside bt111's control, including payment provider delays.

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. bt111 may also request re-verification at any time, including when a withdrawal exceeds ৳10,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion. bt111 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing arising from a player's failure to provide requested verification documents promptly.

5.5 Prohibited Sources of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bt111 account are legally obtained and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party payment methods, credit cards used for cash advances, or funds associated with any illegal activity are strictly prohibited. bt111 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where the source of funds is in question.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on the bt111 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including cricket betting, football betting, live casino, slots, and card games. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, these Terms prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

bt111 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: a bet is placed on a suspended or closed market; odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; or the bet amount exceeds the applicable stake limit for that market. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Results and Disputes

All sporting results are determined by reference to the relevant official governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for Bangladesh domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures, and FIFA for football. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, bt111's decision — made in good faith with reference to official data providers — is final.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each respective game or market. bt111 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.5 Winnings and Payouts

Winnings are credited to your bt111 account balance upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round. Where a game provider or data feed returns a result that is subsequently corrected due to an error, bt111 reserves the right to recalculate and adjust affected payouts accordingly.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1  bt111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

7.2  Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bt111 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within this period will expire and be removed from your account.

7.3  The abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus-hunting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or the use of low-risk betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements — is prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9. bt111 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1  bt111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that the platform is used in a safe and controlled manner. bt111 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your player account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you load into your bt111 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time-Out: You may set a session time-out that logs you out of the bt111 platform after a specified period of continuous play, helping you manage the time you spend gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the bt111 platform for a minimum period of six months, after which your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in or deposit. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] take effect within 24 hours.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1  The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the bt111 platform. A finding of Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including winnings), and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the bt111 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, manipulating game outcomes, or circumventing security systems.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports fraud in connection with events available for betting on bt111.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in player-versus-player card games such as Callbreak Quick.
• Using the bt111 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or using false identity information to circumvent account restrictions, bans, or self-exclusions.
• Abusing the bt111 bonus system as described in Section 7.3.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bt111 staff or other platform users through any support or communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1  All intellectual property rights in the bt111 platform — including but not limited to the bt111 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to bt111. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the express prior written consent of bt111.

10.2  Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to bt111 for use on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a breach of those providers' intellectual property rights.

10.3  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bt111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon closure of your account or breach of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt111 shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bt111 platform, even where bt111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2  bt111 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bt111 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance periods or due to circumstances outside bt111's control, including internet outages, payment provider system failures, or force majeure events.

11.3  Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bt111's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.4  You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose funds you deposit and wager on the bt111 platform. bt111 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1  bt111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page at bt111.io/terms-conditions, together with the effective date of the current version.

12.2  Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, bt111 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of the change via a notification displayed on the platform or sent to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

12.3  If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the bt111 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bt111 as an internationally operated platform. bt111 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

13.2  In the event of a dispute between you and bt111 relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact bt111's support team at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. bt111 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days of receipt.

13.3  If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction. bt111 commits to engaging constructively with any formal dispute process.

13.4  You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the bt111 platform or these Terms must be filed within one year of the date on which the claim arose, after which such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
